Chelsy Althea is a multifaceted storyteller, filmmaker, painter, and songwriter dedicated to exploring the complexities of mental health, isolation, and human nature through her art. With a strong commitment to equal representation in the arts, she advocates for diverse voices across ethnic groups and class divisions. Chelsy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in film, accompanied by a minor in philosophy, from Toronto Metropolitan University, where her impactful writings on mental health and art earned her the Nadia Marzouca award. Additionally, she has honed her skills in Scenography and Design for Arts and Entertainment, further enriching her creative endeavours.
